CNS Environmental's Transaction Screens are performed in general accordance with the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice E1528-00. The purpose of the Environmental Transaction screen is to identify immediately obvious environmental concerns and is considered a minimum due diligence for commercial real estate.
